Big O - Homage

We'd like to introduce you to Hip Hop recording artist, Big O's new release "Homage" on Modo Entertainment.

Bio - Omar Gooding is an American born son of Cuba Gooding sr (Lead singer of the Main Ingredient) and Shirley Gooding (recording artist in the 70’s). His claim to fame is sit coms and television shows in the 90’s ( Wild and Crazy Kids , Hanging w Mr Cooper , Smart Guy) up until his breakout role in a motion picture called Baby Boy directed by the late great John Singleton. Unbeknownst to most of his fans , Omar had been living a double life , following in the footsteps of his musically talented parents under the alter ego moniker of BIG O. Big O was born on the West Coast and credits his musical style to influences such as Pharcyde , Twista, NWA, Slick Rick and Busta Rhymes . With favorite Mcees being non other than Tupac and Biggie Smalls. These are just a few examples that sum up the extent of his musical creativity and drive to be considered amongst one of the greats. In his debut solo album , The Excuse, Big O gives you samples of his lyrical up bringing and eludes to answer questions about his acting career and famous family which includes his Oscar Award winning brother Cuba Gooding Jr. His single , Homage, is just that. As Big O pays homage to one of his biggest musical inspirations , Busta Ryhmes. So press play, and buckle up. The ride is just beginning.
